Here at BODY ONE our philosophy is simple. Work hard, stay dedicated but most importantly enjoy it and have FUN.
We offer a variety of fitness classes from Kettlebells, Boot Camp, Spin, Suspension, Boxing (no contact), Bums & Tums, Ab Attack and many more. To keep you on your toes literally, we change the class routines every 8 weeks. This gives you enough time to see progression in the classes at the same time as keeping the body guessing forcing your body to continue gaining results as well as keeping you engaged.
As well as the classes we also offer 1-1 Personal Training, 2-1 Personal Training and Private Small Group Training. To complete the spectrum of your health and fitness we also offer a fully integrated online nutritional program, body composition analysis and DNA Fit testing.
