No better way to relieve your stress and frustrations then by hitting something. Our boxing class is purely designed for workout purposes and so there is no contact (sparring) in the sessions. This is a safe, high intensity and engaging workout using focus pads and heavy bags to teach the fundamental techniques of a boxing session workout.
