Our personal training really is personal!

Each new client we take on we conduct a full body analysis and consultation including body fat, metabolism , lean mass, water composition, physical fitness tests and goal setting.

Each session is tailored to the individuals aims and goals and adapted to their lifestyle. The session can be conducted on a 1-1 or 2-1 (call for pricing) basis, after all its always better to workout with a friend.

We are offer small group training were you and a group of friends or family can have a tailored workout to your groups needs at a time and place suitable to you. Call for pricing
